Terms and Conditions

What this platform is, what we expect from you, and what we are not responsible for. By creating an account or listing a business, you accept this.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Spolfig LLC, a Utah limited liability company, under the trade name Latino Mall Utah. Where these terms say «we», that is the company.

2. What this platform is — and is not

We are a directory: a place where a business publishes a listing and a buyer finds it and contacts them directly. Nothing more.

We are not part of the transaction. We do not charge, process payments, ship, broker, or take part in whatever you agree with a business. There is no cart and no payment gateway, and that is a design decision, not a pending stage.

We do not vouch for listed businesses. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, price, delivery or performance of what they offer. A business appearing here is not a recommendation from us.

The verification badge states exactly what we checked, and nothing more. It has three levels and each carries its sentence and its date. What each level means, what it does not mean and when it is lost is on the badge page. The badge affects result order. It is not a quality guarantee: quality is said by reviews, shown separately.

3. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • The details you register must be yours and must be true.
  • Your password is your responsibility. If you think someone got into your account, tell us.
  • One person or business, one account.

4. If you list a business

  • The information must be truthful. The name, address, hours, phone and prices you publish must match the real business.
  • One listing per real business. No duplicate listings, no businesses that do not exist.
  • List only what you can legally sell. Nothing requiring a licence you do not hold, nothing stolen, nothing prohibited where you operate.
  • Your listing is public. Everything you put in it is visible to anyone, account or not.
  • Listing is free and we ask for no exclusivity. If there is ever a per-sale commission, it exists only because we agreed it in writing, separately from these terms.

5. Your offer and the coupon

  • When you publish, you state what you give to whoever arrives through here — a discount, an extra, a gift — and you sign that commitment. It is your offer: you define it and you can change it any time from your panel. We keep which version of the commitment you signed, in which language, when, and your signature.
  • Whoever contacts you from here receives a coupon with your offer, in their name and with an expiry date. You commit to honouring it: whoever shows it or writes to you with a valid code gets what you stated.
  • The buyer can confirm they bought from you, with a photo and their signature. That confirmation is how we know the sale happened; you see it in your panel, next to the coupon.
  • If the buyer is promised something for confirming a purchase, the platform pays for it, not you, unless we agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Reviews

  • Leaving a review requires an account. We accept no anonymous reviews.
  • Write about your own experience. Paid reviews, reviews from competitors and coordinated campaigns are not allowed.
  • A business cannot demand we remove a review for being negative. It can reply publicly, and that reply appears next to the review.
  • We remove reviews containing abuse, other people's personal details, illegal content, or that are demonstrably false.
  • To detect fraud we store the reviewer's IP and browser, as the privacy policy explains.

7. What you upload stays yours

Photos, text and everything you publish remain the property of whoever created them. By uploading them you give us permission to display them on the site, in search results and in the embeddable view of your listing — nothing else. We do not sell them, licence them to third parties, or use them in advertising.

By uploading a photo you state you have the right to use it. If you publish someone else's material without permission, we take it down.

8. When we take down a listing or an account

We may suspend or remove a listing, a vehicle or an account for false information, illegal content, impersonating someone else's business, review manipulation, or abuse toward other people.

Where possible we warn first and give you a chance to fix it. In serious cases — illegal content, fraud, impersonation — we take it down first and explain afterwards. If you think we got it wrong, write to latinomall@comunidadcomercio.com and we will review it.

You can leave whenever you want: pulling your listing out of the directory is a button in your dashboard, and account deletion is requested by email.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We do what is reasonable to keep it working, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

We are not responsible for what happens in a deal between a buyer and a business: not the product, not the service, not the money, not what you promise each other. Nor are we responsible for content published by third parties, reviews included.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the previous 12 months — which today, the service being free, is zero.

10. Messages between buyer and business

From a business's listing you can write to it inside the platform, and the business replies from its dashboard. What you say to each other is kept for both of you: it is the record of that deal, next to the coupon if there is one.

What you write and what you upload is yours and is your responsibility. That goes for text, photos and files: whoever sends them answers for them, for having the right to use them and for what they promise. We do not review conversations on our own initiative: they are private between the two parties.

We do review what gets reported. Either party can report a message or the whole conversation from the thread itself. When that happens, a person on our team reads the reported conversation and may: do nothing, if there is no cause; block the conversation; or suspend the account of whoever used it to deceive, harass, threaten or send illegal content. And where the law requires us to report what we receive — illegal content, abuse, threats — we report it to the competent authority and preserve the evidence. That is not our choice: it is an obligation.

You can block the other party whenever you want. A blocked conversation can still be read but nobody can write in it, and only whoever blocked it can reopen it.

When someone writes to you and you are not on the site, we notify you by email or, if you signed in with WhatsApp, on WhatsApp: one notice per conversation until you read it. To stop hearing from one person, block the conversation; to stop altogether, close your account.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Utah, United States, and any dispute is resolved before the competent courts of that state.

12. Languages

This document exists in Spanish and in English. If the two versions contradict each other, the Spanish version governs, as the original.

13. Changes

If we change something important, we publish the new version here with its date and notify account holders. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version. This is version 1.2, dated September 10, 2026.
